His journey includes eight years working under strength and conditioning coaches, a background as a collegiate athlete, and experience working with professional athletes. Jaden Messersmith is the Owner and Founder of Messy Fitness & Nutrition, where he leverages his extensive background in fitness and nutrition to help all individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. With over two years of experience in one-on-one training and nutrition coaching, Jaden has a proven track record of guiding individuals toward healthier lifestyles.
Jaden holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNC), and specializes in Virtual Coaching. His expertise focuses on weight management, athletic performance, nutrition, and rehabilitative services.
Jaden’s journey in fitness began long before founding Messy Fitness & Nutrition.
